Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Director, Talent Acquisition is the go-to person for all things recruitment! Leading a team of talent Acquisition partners, you’ll optimize our ATS, craft creative sourcing strategies, and build partnerships with schools to bring in the best talent and elevate our employer brand. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to shape recruitment strategies for head office, distribution centers, and store management roles. This is a national role reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, where you’ll team up with HR and Communications to make magic happen!Hybrid Work: 2 days a week in-office (with the option to pop in more if you like the in-person energy!)Responsibilities:

  • You’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team of four talent acquisition professionals, working together to fill key roles across head office, distribution centers, and store management, ensuring the best talent is found and hired.
  • In close collaboration with HR and internal teams, you’ll continuously refine and streamline recruitment processes, making them smoother, faster, and more effective.
  • Taking ownership of the ATS, you’ll ensure the system is optimized and that the recruitment dashboard is always up to date, providing transparency and valuable insights to the team.
  • With your creative flair, you’ll develop and roll out innovative recruitment strategies—think social media campaigns and training for managers to fine-tune their hiring skills.
  • You’ll be a driving force in defining our employer brand, building partnerships with educational institutions to ensure we attract top-tier talent.
  • Passionate about inclusion, you’ll lead DEI efforts throughout the hiring process, ensuring every candidate has a fair and equitable opportunity.
  • Managing supplier relationships will be second nature to you as you stay on top of new trends, tools, and innovations to keep our recruitment efforts fresh and ahead of the curve.
