Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a marketing advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the regional marketing and communications team leader, the successful candidate will support the Québec region in all marketing-related activities. We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Montreal metropolitan area.Primary responsibilities •Support regional marketing efforts in Québec, in collaboration with the team leader.•Coordinate the organization of trade shows, customer events, advertising campaigns, and customer list management according to regional needs.•Manage region-specific price quotes and ensure their coordination.•Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and coordinate advertising placements in specialized magazines and websites.•Oversee various administrative tasks related to marketing for the Québec region.•Develop and coordinate promotional and presentation materials to support sales initiatives.•Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and experts to fully understand industry issues and specifics.• Provide logistical support for events, webinars, presentations, and client proposals.• Write and publish digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and regional announcements.• Monitor social media for all regions to ensure consistency and relevance of communications.
