Description du posteWHAT #39;S THE JOBReporting directly to the Training supervisor, the Social Advisor is responsible for providing direct social support to our front-line workers as well as assist with Human Resources coordination on site. The incumbent will be in constant contact with our staff and managers on site, while also interacting with the clientele served and the client #39;s on-site representatives. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that our workers are well supported and in their daily tasks or in any type of emergency.The position is a support to the operation position and has no decisional power in management related topics.The duties and responsibilities of the Social Advisor include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
