Job Description

Procurement AnalystSupport a high-impact pilot program in the mining industry focused on spare parts procurement. This hybrid Montréal-based role (min. 3 days on-site) blends analytics, SAPamp; ServiceNow expertise, and bilingual communication skills. Ideal for procurement professionals with 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain or transactional buying.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $37 to $42, based on experience.• 6 months, with a possibility of extension up to 18 months.• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.• Hybrid work: 3 days per week at the office.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Monitor concierge queries related to spare parts procurement.• Determine ticket urgency and ensure proper classification and routing.• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for delays in PR to PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) processing.• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in transactional procurement processes.• Analyze recurring ticket issues to reduce volume and improve user experience.• Support continuous improvement in procurement service levels through data-driven insights.• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance procurement workflows and system usage.What you will need to succeed:• Bachelor #39;s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transactional buying or procurement operations.• Proficiency with accounting software and systems, with strong knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow.• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices.• Bilingual in English and French is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and resolve concierge support tickets in both official languages.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
