Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure compliance with accounting standards and to optimize the company’s financial performance. He/She contributes to the improvement of accounting processes, prepares detailed financial reports, and collaborates with various teams to support strategic decision-making.What You’ll Do

  • Record accounting entries, verify supporting documents, perform monthly reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Participate in optimizing the procurement process and monitor tax credits and audit activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the parent company and its subsidiaries, and contribute to the month-end close process (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Collaborate with FP amp;A teams to integrate accounting data into financial forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Process supplier invoices and support improvements in financial processes (accounts payable, billing, collections, month-end close).
  • Manage credit agreements, including submitting financial information, tracking loans, and calculating financial ratios.
  • Support insurance renewal requests and provide analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Help implement, integrate, and optimize accounting and financial information systems to improve operational efficiency.
