I #39;m currently looking for a Supply Chain Optimization Project Manager to join a fast-growing company in the specialized hardware sector. This is a strategic role supporting operational transformation within a dynamic and evolving environment.Your Role :Under the Supply Chain Director, you #39;ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. You #39;ll coordinate cross-functional projects involving various departments (logistics, IT, finance, customer service, marketing) and implement innovative, practical solutions that support the company #39;s growth.Your key responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end optimization projects (planning, execution, monitoring). * Standardize and document internal processes and tools. * Recommend improvements in transportation, distribution, ERP systems, and internal workflows. * Design process maps, create performance indicators, and document scenarios. * Coordinate stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met. * Contribute to feasibility studies, testing phases, and solution implementation. * Actively support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.Your Profile :* Bachelor #39;s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or operations management. * 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management, logistics, or process optimization. * Comfortable with ERP/MRP systems (JDE, AS400, Optimiza - a plus) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI). * Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping methodologies. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Bilingual (Frenchamp; English), both spoken and written. * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.Working Conditions :* Permanent full-time position, 40 hrs/week - day shift. * Salary between $85,000 and $95,000, with flexibility based on experience. * Full group insurance plan. * Free on-site parking. * Employee stock ownership plan. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Recruitment process: 2 to 3 steps (manager, HR, technical validation).
