  • Status: Permanent, Full-time.
  • Location: 100% Remote (Canada).
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Payroll Advisor who thrives in multi-system environments and enjoys a dynamic consulting setting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute full-cycle payroll for various clients, with or without unionized environments.
  • Handle remittances and third-party payments on schedule.
  • Manage benefits administration, as per client requirements.
  • Generate and validate payroll reports, journal entries, T4s, R1s, and employer summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian and provincial regulations, client policies, and collective agreements.
  • Collaborate with client HR teams on payroll documents, deductions, and government reporting.
  • Serve as primary payroll contact for assigned clients.
  • Support special projects (system implementations, process improvements, vendor transitions).
ProfilProfile Sought:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Canadian full-cycle payroll (multi-employer or multi-site is an asset).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Workday, Dayforce, ADP, UKG, Nethris (at least two required).
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple systems and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • College diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • PCP or CPM certification (an asset).
