Job Description

Job DescriptionPosition OverviewRCL is moving forward with its digital and virtual transformation initiative to streamline both styling and aesthetic functions cross-divisionally. This specific role, 3D Materials Analyst, is a step forward of this initiative and will focus on specifying, executing, implementing, and scaling up the Materials Virtualization Strategy.Reporting to the Fabric Manager, the Analyst will focus on continually building and improving the Virtual Materials Library to support the cross-functional Digital Product Creation process.Responsibilities:

  • Work with Design, Product Development and Fabric teams to create and improve the virtual material toolkit seasonally to support the broader product creation process;
  • Organize and make the 3D fabric accessible in the CLO-SET fabric library in the system;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct post-production analysis to improve virtual accuracy, and identify the trustworthy aspects of 3D to support virtual fitting;
  • Communicate, and collaborate with global tier suppliers to facilitate virtual material creation and application throughout the supply chain
  • Research, explore, identify new approaches, tools, and opportunities that can improve the existing process;
  • Supports Fabric team to organize the physical library as well.
