Job DescriptionAbout the Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Training Operations, the Associate Manager, Fulfillment Operations Training will play a crucial role in driving site performance and network initiatives while ensuring a positive impact on key business outcomes. You #39;ll be the powerhouse behind safety, customer experience, employee engagement, quality, and cost effectiveness. You #39;ll oversee the day-to-day training operations at our Fulfillment Centre, guiding FC Associates, Training Ambassadors, and Manager onboarding/training to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborating closely with our SSENSE people and operations development teams in continuous improvement, such as onboarding and technical process and implementation of training plans, as well as learning spaces maintenance to support the development of skills/competences required for the success of the business and the growth of our employees Why Join Us:
