Job DescriptionAbout the Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Training Operations, the Associate Manager, Fulfillment Operations Training will play a crucial role in driving site performance and network initiatives while ensuring a positive impact on key business outcomes. You #39;ll be the powerhouse behind safety, customer experience, employee engagement, quality, and cost effectiveness. You #39;ll oversee the day-to-day training operations at our Fulfillment Centre, guiding FC Associates, Training Ambassadors, and Manager onboarding/training to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborating closely with our SSENSE people and operations development teams in continuous improvement, such as onboarding and technical process and implementation of training plans, as well as learning spaces maintenance to support the development of skills/competences required for the success of the business and the growth of our employees Why Join Us:

  • Spearhead the implementation of onboarding, technical, and cross-training initiatives within Fulfillment operations, fostering a culture of operational excellence, quality focus, and lean principles.
  • Oversee daily training operations, ensuring adherence to standards and tracking key operational metrics and SLAs.
  • Provide support for the maintenance of a comprehensive document control system, training matrix, and audit procedures to assess compliance and ensure optimal performance delivery.
  • Collaborate on the creation of learning and development pathways aligned with competencies and core values across all levels of employees.
  • Take the lead on onboarding and training programs tailored for associates and coordinators, facilitating their seamless integration and ongoing development.
How To Excel In This Role:
  • Skilled in creating, organizing, and leading training sessions for diverse groups, with a knack for crafting and rolling out new procedures.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, nights, and/or overtime shifts as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
