Job DetailsAre you passionate about aiding TD advisors across the Wealth businesses to deliver high-value customized mentorship on tax, retirement, estate and overall wealth planning to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra HNW clients If so, then apply for the position of Business Succession Advisor. In this role, you will:•Prepare customized wealth plans on a timely basis based on information obtained directly from relationship managers and other advisors •Carry out independent research to ensure client #39;s key issues (retirement, tax, estate planning) are addressed •Identify, anchor, introduce and follow up on opportunities for complementary business and solutions •Promote and offer the full suite of tax and estate products, services and banking capabilities •Diligently track and report on a regular basis, the outcome of wealth plans delivered, and new business generated •Stay ahead of emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential risks and impact •Partake in client meetings and client education seminars while serving as a source of expert advice •Demonstrate a dedication of delivering excellence in client service with every interaction by suggesting and participating in operational improvement opportunities •Build a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes •Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to clients, colleagues, partners, the business and Bank; lead motivate and build relations with internal and external partnersJob Requirements•Undergraduate degree with minimum 10 years of personal tax experience gained at a law firm, accounting firm or financial institution •Advanced professional degree such as Certified Accountant (CA) or Law Degree (LL.
