Job Description

TV2 Consulting is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users
RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus
Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Montreal
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
