Job DescriptionAbout the Team: As the Content Marketing Lead, you #39;ll be reporting directly to our Content Director, driving engaging campaigns across all our marketing channels at SSENSE. From crafting platform-specific content for newsletters to managing project intake, you #39;ll be the creative spark ensuring timely and effective copy delivery. We #39;re looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, a passion for fashion and design, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Why Join Us:

  • Collaborate with Editorial and Organic Social teams to develop and implement original content marketing franchises that resonate effectively with our audience.
  • Work closely with peers across the Content organization to adapt wider content initiatives into platform-specific, conversion-driven extensions.
  • Partner with Production and Design teams to utilize top-notch visual assets for our campaigns.
  • Implement a vibrant SSENSE Copy Tone-of-Voice (TOV) that remains culturally relevant and achieves marketing goals without feeling forced.
  • Oversee the assignment of marketing copywriting tasks to team members and freelancers, ensuring timely project execution.
How To Excel In This Role:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in writing for publications, agencies, or marketing teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with defining and upholding a House Style and/or Brand Tone of Voice is advantageous, with the flexibility to adapt to various writing styles.
  • Previous copywriting experience in marketing contexts, such as social media, newsletters and ad copy.
