Job Description

  • Work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team.
  • Participate in requirements identification, definition, prioritization, documentation, and analysis.
  • Transform requirements into a solution by performing full lifecycle management including design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation support.
  • Adjust solution implementation based on the team’s evolution, changes, and new integrations.
  • Seek end-user feedback from the team to lead improvements, enhancements, and evolve the solution to continuously. improve efficiencies within network/service operations and management.
  • Document and keep updated documentation pertaining to solution technical details.
Requirements
  • University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3-5 years or more in a Developer-like role where you acquired working experience leveraging these competencies.
  • Good knowledge and background in DevOps and tools.
  • Experience working using Agile principals and framework.
  • Communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels (both written and oral).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team focus.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Is able to self-organize work or both themselves and their team.
Preferred Competencies and Skills:
  • Experience in Monitoring tools such as NewRelic.
  • Experience in ELK with good knowledge and background in AWS.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience with Cloud-based technologies such as OpenStack, and tools that help automate this space such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or others.
