This person will play an active role within the Trade Marketing team to ensure that all acquisition tools are maximized by supporting the sales team, thereby meeting annual objectives, and driving business growth while leading successful marketing initiatives. Nespresso Canada continues to drive momentum and innovation in its market segment, and in North America, we #39;re just getting started.A day in the life of a Digital Trade Marketing Specialist:As a Digital Trade Marketing Specialist, you will have to maximize our presence and digital efficiency with our business partners. You will manage activities among the various channels and develop business processes to increase team productivity. You will take part in brand experiences discussions to create a strategy for Nespresso #39;s e-retailers. You possess a strong background in digital, interest and knowledge in SEOamp; SEM and traditional marketing, along with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance brand positioning.You will also:MEDIAamp; PERFORMANCE ACCELERATION- Drive brand consideration with e-retail by increasing digital visibility and search through our platforms- Briefamp; guide media performance narrative in partnership with brand management teamamp; media agency with performance reviews- Optimize all media investmentsamp; acquisition funnel strategies- Develop and implement search and display tactics- Set up of SEO campaigns with Amazon Ads teamamp; analyze reports- Supervise and build Key Account strategies to ensure optimal ROI and participate in their development- Conduct analysis, monitor KPIs and generate postmortem of campaigns reports to better guide future investmentsE-RETAILING CONTENT OPTIMIZATIONamp; PROMOTIONS MANAGEMENT- Accentuate Nespresso #39;s visibility among competition on point of sale- Develop SEO strategiesamp; content and oversee rating and reviews in partnership with 3rd party- Manage and support team with different tracking tools and reports on opportunities (with Data Impact)- Ensure strong digital presenceamp; exposure with all our Trade Partners that will ultimately meet our sales objectives- Coordinate cross-functionally with Direct Channel to enable consistency between channels and ensure to respect all HQ brand guidelines- Develop, animateamp; maintain Trade Partner Brand Pages to ensure optimal experienceamp; conversion- Link the in-store and online experienceamp; find creative ways to redirect to Nespresso #39;s direct channelsOTHER- Explore new strategies to accelerate our trade landscape (new accounts...)- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to lead the development and acceleration of the accounts- Collaborate and work closely with Digital Coordinator- Lead special projectsamp; support Trade events for major digital accounts- Oversee budget, monitor spending and take corrective action to stay within budgetWhat will make you successfulAs the successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of branding and brand guidelines and will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have Sales and Digital Marketing experience. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market.You will also have:- Bachelor #39;s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce or equivalent- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.- 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment with a digital marketing and sales background or similar position.- Proven Amazon ecosystem knowledge (strategies to boost sales, enhanced content, advertisements etc.)- Knowledge of (SEO) Search Engine Optimization and paid media strategies- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word- Strong analytical and budget management skills- Knowledge of market and channel specifics- Capable of managing complexity, manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlinesWe have a friendly and supportive team with a coaching and mentoring environment.
