Job DescriptionThis role is part of our Hybrid work program - 2- 3 days a week in office.Reitmans (Canada) Limited has a unique opportunity to bring onboard an Executive Assistant to work as part of the Senior Leadership team, supporting the GMamp; VP merchandising of the Reitmans brand. Youwill have the opportunity to leverage your talent, develop in your craft and gain exposure to the fashion, business, while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.As the Executive Assistant you play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the productivity of these 2 executive leaders by providing seamless administrative support. This role provides consistently strong Executive Level support as the primary liaison for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders across Canada on a diverse range of matters - through championing the organization’s spirit and brand, this position provides a high level of service and support that impacts our internal and external customers.Responsibilities:

  • Provide a bridge for smooth interaction between the GMamp; VP and the company’s stakeholders by managing the professional calendars for optimal efficiency;
  • Screen, respond to and redirect mail and email, as appropriate; follow-up on deadlines and commitments to ensure all business items are appropriately executed; and support on escalated customer service or employee issues as needed;
  • Plan and execute on assigned budgets.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, such as Lunchamp; Learns, Town Halls, as well as external conferences;
  • Book and confirm all travel and hotel arrangements for the GMamp; VP, prepare itineraries and store documents accordingly;
  • Tracks ongoing projects and is well-informed of related activities and associated materials;
  • Main point of contact for team budget and coordination with Finance. Coordinates updates across the team;
  • Assists with creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed;
  • Maintains a strong organizational system for all materials and information;
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues, and working to resolve them.
