But we realized that with recent advances in data science, all the complexity of cities could be made simple enough for anyone to understand. And that understanding would be essential to making the sustainable, equitable, and prosperous cities that we so desperately need.Today, Local Logic makes AI-powered software that optimizes real-estate projects for maximum affordability and minimal environmental impact, all the while generating healthy returns for the developers. This software is powered by the billions of insights we’ve generated over the years that describe all aspects of cities -- from the distance to the nearest bus stop, to the quietness on a street, to the most recent trends in the housing market.To date, we’ve helped millions of people find their next home by partnering with the top real estate brands in the USamp; Canada. In fall 2020, we secured a Series A funding round to grow our team, enhance our products, and ultimately, help city-builders across the continent make the cities of the future.Your mission As Local Logic’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a vital member of our marketing team. Your role will focus on crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies, particularly for key accounts. Collaborating closely with our sales teams, you will develop personalized campaigns tailored to specific target accounts, effectively driving engagement and conversion. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, your contributions will be pivotal in achieving our revenue goals through strategic account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.You believe in our mission and want to help us achieve it. You bring your own unique perspective to the team, so you can challenge the way we do things for the better. You’re able to speak up when you disagree, ask questions when you don’t understand, and take ownership of your work.We’d love for you to work from the office but also recognize that sometimes working from home is more practical, so if you want to work remotely, you’ll have all the necessary tools and support you need to do so.As Growth Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing, to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and analytics with a deep understanding of Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Create personalized marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales and business development teams to drive engagement and conversion in key accounts.
  • Utilize advanced SEO techniques to enhance online presence and drive organic growth.
  • Employ a variety of growth levers, including remarketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize reach and impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine and improve marketing strategies continuously.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ABM, marketing automation, and growth marketing.
Key requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and experience in executing ABM campaigns through various cadences and automations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Pardot, with the ability to leverage these for targeted marketing efforts.
  • SEO and CRO Proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Bilingual (French) preferred.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and execution of personalized marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales cycle and how to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
Nice to have
  • Experience working in the real estate or proptech industry
  • Experience creating websites and landing pages optimized for marketing
  • Certified in Google Ads, SEM, SMM, Salesforce
