We cover open positions in IT, development, decision-making and infrastructure.We are currently looking for several IT directors for end clients located on the island of Montreal, on the north shore and on the south shoreNous sommes présentement à la recherche de plusieurs directeurs TI pour des clients finaux situés sur l #39;ile de Montréal, sur la rive nord et sur la rive sud* Lead and motivate a high-performance team responsible for support, operations and the evolution of the infrastructure * Maintain and develop IT infrastructures according to the operational requirements of the company. * Ensure the delivery of quality technological solutions. * Implement information technology management policies and processes * Define an action plan for the evolution of technologies according to the needs of different services, users and customers. * Participate in establishing operating budgets, analyze the results and ensure compliance with the budget. * Ensure technological monitoring and recommend and implement innovative solutions to the needs of the organization. * Develop and implement a systems security policy. * Act as a technical expert, both at the infrastructure and operational levels and at the delivery level * Negotiate and manage agreements with IT partners and ensure the maintenance of working relationships * Participate in the development of the team #39;s annual objectives and identify training needs.* Diploma in computer science or equivalent training; * Significant experience of 7 to 10 years in information technology management. * Experience in project management. * Excellent communication skills, * Ability to meet tight deadlines. * Ability and willingness to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment. * Ability to coach and generate team commitment. * Essential French/English bilingualism (oral and written). * Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology, * Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles or similar frameworks
