In this role, you #39;ll play a vital part in our relationships with diverse partners – from medium-sized real estate investors to institutional real estate players. Prepare for a multifaceted journey, where you #39;ll oversee a substantial volume of candidates and engage with demanding responsibilities. Your commitment to real estate and ambition for growth are the core of this role.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Encourage property viewings for prospective tenants
  • Evaluate and qualify prospective tenants based on needs and suitability
  • Conduct property tours with potential tenants
  • Provide leasing information via phone as per established procedures
  • Assist in creating compelling advertisements
  • Manage rental applications from preparation to processing
  • Contact and assess creditworthiness of tenants through credit checks, landlord references, and employment verification

Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Starting from $36,000.00 per year

  • Schedule: Every Weekend, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
  • Additional Pay: Commissions + bonuses
