Our mission is to create a safe space that empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves, guided by an exceptional all-female team through a transformative photoshoot experience.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Ambassador [Spanish/English] at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in our mission by engaging with potential clients over the phone. We #39;re seeking top talent to join our team, individuals who are not only passionate about sales but also understand the transformative power of our unique photography experience.Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients who have expressed interest in our promotions through Instagram or Facebook.
  2. Information Provision: Provide detailed information about our photography experience, ensuring potential clients have all the necessary details to make an informed decision.
  3. Booking Management: Secure bookings by effectively communicating the value of our artistic photography, guiding clients through the process, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  4. Target Achievement: Work towards meeting set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
  5. Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services such as makeup and hair-styling to enhance the overall photography experience.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent [oralamp; written] in Englishamp; Spanish.
