Job Description

The successful candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Loyalty Management solution, with specific skills in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, and modifying Salesforce pages through both code and no-code solutions.

  • understanding journal ledgers
  • setting up exclusive promotions
  • creating vouchers
  • managing currency points
  • familiarity with the setup of aquot;refer a friend quot; loyalty program.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex customization for new API integrations is essential.
  • Additional knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will use their expertise to consult with clients, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions, leveraging technical tools to create tailor-made solutions.

Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Montreal
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
