Since opening our doors in 2007 we #39;ve developed a strong team of individuals focused on customer success and a dynamic team of go-getters focused on growth.As we are rapidly expanding, we are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Account Executives who have a proven track record and natural sales skills.Excellent communication skills are a must.Industry experience is an asset but not required as we offer a comprehensive in-house training program.As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage and develop B2B accounts with business owners and assist them on finding financial solutions which are best suited for their business situation and working capital needs.Requirements· Natural problem-solving skills· Extensive sales experience· Be organized· Ability to follow-up on and manage qualified leads by phone and email· Strong understanding of how to manage working pipeline· Ability to work independently but also functions well within a team· Strong mathematical skills (preferred)· Possess strong computer skills (Ex, must be able to type efficiently, sendamp; verify emails, convert files into pdf, use DocuSign, ability to use assigned CRM efficiently -preferably Salesforce)Benefits- High commission structure: we believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication.
