This position will liaise with sales, underwriting, and relevant merchant services teams to ensure the merchant’s application experience is seamless and efficient. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the organization’s sales team by following up with non- VIP merchants about their application status, application lifecycle tracking and provide pre-application support (statement analysis). Assist potential merchants through each step of the setup process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have about the application process.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
