• Implement and improve processes to drive efficiency and productivity, with a focus on optimizing the utilization of Plunet.
• Update and maintain the Plunet database to ensure structure and accuracy.
• Provide support through the analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assist Plunet users with possible challenges and devise enhancements to streamline functionalities and processes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions regarding diverse Plunet aspects, equipping the team with tips and recommendations.
• Deepen understanding of Plunet features and identify new functionalities to improve workflow and process adherence, optimizing time and resources.
• Communicate changes and new procedures related to Plunet.
• Proficiency in working with Plunet components such as Contacts, Orders, and Queries concerning:
  • Create new resource profiles in Plunet
  • Maintain and update existing Plunet profiles
  • Create and assign projects
  • Implement new processes
  • Export Plunet data to work on reports

Requirements

• Bachelor #39;s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Translation Management Software, specifically Plunet, with a demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and train users on software functionalities.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational improvements.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in generating and analyzing reports using tools such as Google reports and Plunet reports.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for reporting purposes.
