The role is based at the head office located in downtown Montreal and we enjoy a flexible hybrid work model with two days a week at the office.What is the Role

• Cash Managementamp; Financing
  • Prepare the Ovivo #39;s cash position on a weekly basis, while explaining variances and identifying cash optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in the preparation of the consolidated cash flow forecast.
  • Establish and administer inter-company loans with all subsidiaries worldwide.
• Banking Administration and Control
  • Keep the listing of Ovivo #39;s bank accounts complete and up to date.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as bank account openings, KYC requests, audit requests, etc.
• Trade Finance
  • Act as an internal expert in Trade Finance instruments, coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders for the preparation of bank and corporate guarantees.
• Financial Risk Management
  • Participate in the management of the foreign exchange risk by evaluating the exposures and mitigate the risks by entering into derivative contracts.
• Support the Director and the Vice-President in other projects, analyzes or presentations

* The expected start date is at the end of May 2025, for a 13-month contract.Does this sound like you

• Strong interest for corporate finance
• Bachelor #39;s degree in finance, accounting, or other related studies
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Advance skills in Excel
• Excellent French and English, spoken and written
• CFA, CTP, CPA or M. Sc., MFA obtained or in process of - a plus
• Experience in VBA programming - a plus
