Job Description

Apply now to be a valued member of the dynamic team.Note: Please note that this is a hybrid job is for the people in Montreal as it requires you to visit the office twice a month.Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on optimizing the Genuine Optimized Campaign process.
  • Design and create foundational campaign tables in Hive and Snowflake using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Collect new data points from VWO via API integration to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Ensure daily updates to assign fresh non-compliant users to the campaign.
  • Build databases to support the Champion/Challenger campaign strategy.
  • Enhance the existing data infrastructure to automate campaign launches.
  • Set up the environment for deploying Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms to manage campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Proficient in AWS and coding with Spark/PySpark.
  • Familiar with Airflow for workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems with strong conceptual and quantitative skills.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and integrity, with the ability to make decisive and responsible decisions.
  • Excellent communication and strategic influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus through intellect and negotiation.
