Job Description

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as office organization, supplies inventory, and document management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and employee timesheets.
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist with event planning, including quarterly events, company gatherings.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries of executives.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor #39;s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations in Quebec is preferred.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an asset
