• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing Pelcro’s brand visibility and driving B2B customer acquisition.
• Lead content creation, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and thought leadership material to engage and educate target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue generation and client retention.
• Implement data-driven marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Oversee and expand digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, setting clear KPIs, and driving accountability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to continually refine Pelcro’s positioning and messaging in the fintech landscape.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or similar technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing analytics, and automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
