Description du posteL #39;employé(e) sera responsable de gérer l #39;équipe d #39;ingénieurs de processus ainsi que les ingénieurs et techniciens de fabrication. Il/elle devra soutenir l #39;industrialisation de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec le PIM et organiser ainsi que fournir un support technique à la fabrication.Responsabilités :

• Gérer l #39;équipe d #39;ingénierie de fabrication :
  • Définir et mettre à jour les procédures fonctionnelles, les méthodes de travail et les méthodologies, conformément aux directives définies par le PME central.
  • Assurer le staffing de l #39;équipe en fonction des projets fermes et des charges prévisionnelles.
  • Construire un programme d #39;intégration et de formation pour les nouveaux arrivants.
  • Maintenir la matrice des compétences de son équipe et construire le plan annuel de formation.
  • Déployer les standards d #39;industrialisation : Méthode Temps, EHS, Ergonomie, Instructions de Travail.
  • Déployer les méthodologies d #39;industrialisation : ICONE, P-FMEA, Plan Contrôle, QRQC, Séquencement des Tâches.
  • Déployer les outils IS pour l #39;industrialisation : PLM (DELIMA), ERP (GSI), MES.
  • Augmenter la maturité de son équipe en utilisant la feuille de route APSYS.
• Soutenir l #39;industrialisation produit/projet :
  • En coordination avec le PIM, suivre l #39;avancement des livrables industriels.
  • Soutenir l #39;équipe lors des activités d #39;industrialisation (ex. : P-FMEA, FAI interne…)
  • S #39;assurer que le temps méthode est bien calculé.
  • S #39;assurer que les données Master sont exactes et au bon niveau qualité
  • Assurer une bonne qualité des livrables : WI, Séquencement des Tâches…
  • S #39;assurer que les règles ergonomiques et EHS sont bien prises en compte
  • S #39;assurer que le Processus Spécial est bien géré dans toutes les activités d #39;Industrialisation.
• Soutien à la production: Identifier les besoins spécifiques du soutien Méthode Apporter une aide lors du premier article fabriqué Organiser et gérer des actions productives

-- Purpose of the Job

• Manage the team of Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers or Technicians.
• Support industrialization of new products in collaboration with the PIM.
• Organize and bring technical support to manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesManage Manufacturing Engineering team:

• Define and update the function procedures, way of working, and methodologies, according to the guidelines defined by central PME.
• Ensure the staffing of the team according to the projects #39; firm and forecasted workload.
• Build induction and training programs for the newcomers.
• Maintain the skills matrix of the team and build the annual training plan.
• Deploy industrialization standards: Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, Work Instructions.
• Deploy industrialization methodologies: ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, Task Sequencing.
• Deploy IS tools for industrialization: PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), MES.
• Increase the maturity of the team using the APYSS roadmap.

Support product/project industrialization:

• In coordination with PM, follow the progress of industrial deliverables.
• Support the team while performing industrialization activities (e.g., P-FMEA, internal FAI...).
• Ensure Method Time is well calculated.
• Ensure Master data are accurate and of good quality.
• Ensure good quality deliverables: WI, Task Sequencing...
• Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into account.
• Ensure Special Processes are well managed within Industrialization activities.

Support Production:

• Identify specific Method support needs.
• Provide help during the manufacturing of first articles.
• Organize and manage productivity actions.
