Together, we’ll push boundaries and go above what’s expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world!We are looking for a Project Estimator to join our Integrated Project Services team and grow within a rapidly expanding sector. Your main objective will be to advise our work teams and clients on estimating the construction and implementation costs of a variety of projects.We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from our Montreal office.Primary responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings for estimation needs.
  • Develop estimates according to revised classes D to A, in UNIFORMAT II format.
  • Analyze plans and specifications to extract quantities.
  • Evaluate overall costs: labor, materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Obtain prices from suppliers and analyze cost variances.
  • Draft the basis of estimation (BOE) with the support of a senior estimator
  • Provide expert support to project teams on estimation issues
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and consult technical experts as needed
  • Conduct specific studies related to estimation and contribute to updating the price database for CIMA+
