Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master, you will coordinate the development of innovative physical products (firmware, electronics, mechanics) in an agile environment. You will ensure smooth delivery, cross-team alignment, and the achievement of quality, timeline, and cost objectives. Your leadership will support the adoption of agile practices.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

  • Set up and maintain tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to visualize velocity, dependencies, and progress.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between teams (FW, electronics, mechanics, back-end).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to organize and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
  • Actively participate in daily meetings and ensure smooth delivery across teams.
  • Identify delivery risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Produce clear progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
  • Adapt agile practices to the realities of physical product development (manufacturing lead times, field testing, hardware dependencies).
  • Promote continuous improvement and coach the team toward self-organization.
  • Train new team members on agile methodology and tools.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align practices across the organization.
  • Implement changes and actions to increase team productivity.
  • Plan milestones, track deliverables, and manage risks and resources.
  • Ensure alignment between technical objectives and operational constraints.
  • Act as the point of contact between technical teams and management functions (PO, leadership, production).
