Job Description

Voici un poste à distance.Our client is an innovative company specializing in technical consulting, design, and programming for the show control and entertainment industry. Since 2015, it has been developing and manufacturing the ISAAC platform, dedicated to the management and monitoring of audiovisual systems.It is looking for a talented and autonomous senior software developer. This role involves designing, developing, and validating the constantly evolving ISAAC platform, as well as other custom products and projects. Permanent position (40 hours a week). Our firm #39;s rating: 100% remote from Canada (no international recruitment), English required, backend profile but front-end an asset, senior position because a large project to be carried out, work with GO 1 or 2 years recent mandatory. Estimated salary only 120,000 to 150,000 depending on experience and expertise.Position description :

  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of software, ensuring full management of the development lifecycle.
  • Write technical specifications and documentation.
  • Design and develop applications (mainly back-end), modules, databases, as well as systems and deployments, in collaboration with other developers and software architects.
  • Ensure code quality by applying best practices and using appropriate tools (unit testing, formatting, linting, etc.).
  • Contribute to DevOps activities to ensure the deployment, validation, and smooth operation of services and applications.
  • Work closely with software architects and other development team members.
  • Mentor and support junior or mid-level engineers when needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team and the client #39;s engineering divisions.
  • Manage tasks independently and take initiative.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking while ensuring effective execution to create value, exceed expectations, and contribute to the company’s success.
Profil
  • Proficiency in the following languages and formats: Go, JSON, YAML, XML, SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge of the following frameworks and technologies: NodeJS, WebSocket, RESTful API, PostgreSQL, Minio/S3, Linux and CLI.
  • Advanced experience with deployment systems and environments: Docker and containerized environments, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructures and deployment (DevOps), including containerization and orchestration with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
