Job DescriptionAbout the job: Join our retail team as an Assistant Manager, Store Sales at our boutique in the heart of the Old Port!Our Espace SSENSE boutique spans five floors, offering a curated selection of high-end products, combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.The Assistant Manager of Store Sales, is responsible for maximizing the sales productivity at SSENSE Montréal through our Retail concept’s hybrid omni-channel, walk-in, and appointment-based models. They will coach the client-facing teams to cultivate client relationships and will contribute to the flawless execution and delivery to meet SSENSE Montreal’s promise to clients, as well as identify and address issues that may impact the client experience. They will coach and mentor their direct reports to continuously grow SSENSE Montreal’s Retail business.What you will do:

  • Execute sales strategies that maximize sales performance across all channels (online, in-store, appointments), and ensure sales objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Build and develop best in class client-centric teams. Continually evaluate the performance of each staff member, provide feedback to ensure results and address performance management issues in a timely manner.
  • Recruit, train and develop talent pipeline, while building succession plans.
  • Lead and participate in cultivating client relationships through client database management, client profiling, communication and engagements that grow customer base beyond local markets.
  • Support, promote, and assume responsibility for asset protection in all areas of risk management. This includes physical security, store cash controls, inventory management and transaction accuracy.
