Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Guest Communicationamp; SupportRespond to guest inquiries promptly across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.)Manage booking requests, changes, and cancellationsProvide guests with check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and local recommendationsHandle emergency or escalated guest concerns with professionalism and careBookingamp; Calendar ManagementMonitor and manage availability calendars to prevent double bookingsEnsure pricing and minimum stay settings are correct across platformsCoordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance based on bookingsAdministrativeamp; Operational TasksOrganize and track guest reviews, performance metrics, and occupancy ratesMaintain documentation for expenses, guest issues, and work ordersAssist in updating property descriptions, photos, and listing informationHelp with vendor communication (cleaners, handymen, etc.)Call ManagementAnswer or return calls related to guest inquiries, vendor coordination, or emergency issuesAct as the first point of contact for general inquiries and escalate when neededRequirements:Prior 2-3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for short term rental is aquot;MUST quot;Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and channel management toolsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAvailability to respond to messages and calls during business hours, with some flexibility for urgent mattersTech-savvy – able to use online tools, spreadsheets, and mobile apps efficientlyNice to Have:Experience with property management systems (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify)Knowledge of customer service practices in hospitalityAbility to work across time zones if needed
