In their efforts to acquire industrial technology and software companies, Valsoft is looking for a talented, versatile, and passionate person to lead the fact-finding due-diligence mission of our M amp;A target companies.Reporting to one of our Investment Partners (IPs), the Sr M amp;A Analyst will work in an extremely entrepreneurial environment joining the rest of our M amp;A team in our Montrealoffice. They will carry out a thorough investigation of target companies, with the ultimate goal of deciding if capital deployment and investment is the right move.This is an incredible opportunity to influence how we invest and deploy large capital at an extremely fast pace.
