Bilingual IT Technician, Full-time, temporary one year position Description We are looking for a IT-support Technician to join the IT team in Montreal. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager located in Toronto. The core responsibilities of the position will be to provide technical support to Editorial staff in our Montreal office and technical support to English and French speaking customers. The successful candidate must be able to speak and write both in French and in English. Responsibilities: •Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of services •Provide technical support and handling urgent escalations from customers and internal users•Proficiently manage and support MS Active Directory and MS Azure.•Assist in the creation and maintenance of Support team processes and procedure. •Utilize scripting to efficiently deploy changes across multiple systems and platforms.Requirements: •2+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices •Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues •Excellent written and verbal communications skills, technical and otherwise •Knowledge of patch management, firewalls, and security/threat prevention systems•Experience in AWS is preferred•Strong skills of device and patch management tools such as SCCM, or Intune.• Licenses or certifications:
