About The Role TMH seeks an exceptional Business Development Representative to drive adoption of our charging management system among fleet operators making the transition to electric vehicles, helping us to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission transportation in North America. In this role, you’ll use a variety of tools to qualify and uncover new sales opportunities for The Mobility House’s flagship product, ChargePilot. You will independently prioritize and test theories of how to most efficiently find opportunities, and securely hand them off for development. More important than any prior knowledge or experience will be a flexible, resilient, and relentless mentality and approach to delivering results. Among an expanding team, this role offers growth opportunities, proximity to leadership, and exposure to the cutting-edge world of vehicle-grid integration.Responsibilities

  • Designamp; implement lead generation, qualification, and nurture strategies to convert opportunities from warm leads, key accounts, and dormant contacts
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow opportunities at the top and middle of the sales funnel
  • Build and execute automated operational processes in Hubspot and Salesforce, using the latest machine learning tools to create efficiencies at scale
  • Contact sales leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other methods to gauge interest and urgency
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of lead pipeline efforts
Requirements
  • A focused and independent drive for results, strategically using a variety of tools
  • Fearlessness in outreach, with the ability to ask the right questions
  • Creative approach to crafting strategically persuasive content journeys
  • Legal resident of Canada, able to work without sponsorship
Bonus points
  • Demonstrated success of consistently meeting outbound sales goals (calls, email campaigns, social media)
  • Experience or relevant degree in energy, automotive, EV, SaaS, energy or charging space
  • Experience organizing data, producing reports and developing automations in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of the differences in customer and partner needs, for each business segment and stage we operate in
