Job Description

Keller Executive Search is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative products from concept to launch while driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.Head Office: Easton, PA (Hybrid position, will need to go into the office at least once a week)

  • Define the product vision and roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes
  • Develop product documentation, including user stories and requirements specifications
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product requirements are met
  • Present product updates and strategic insights to senior management
  • Drive the agile development process and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant industry
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and market research
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
