This key role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to ensure products meet stakeholder needs while delivering tangible valueResponsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (clients, users, technical teams).
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder needs and feedback to align the product with their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, identifying strategic priorities.
  • Write detailed business and functional requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
  • Define acceptance criteria for features in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables.
  • Monitor KPIs and integrate user feedback to optimize features.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and making decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success working in agile software development environments, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
