This role involves coordinating outreach programs, promoting the organization’s services, and increasing community engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.
  • Organize community events, workshops, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and the community.
  • Identify and address community needs in alignment with the organization’s mission.
  • Promote the organization’s programs and services through various channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach or engagement.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in event planning and social media tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
