Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician/Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and servicing our products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and service products according to specifications and company standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with products and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet performance and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, tests, and service activities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve product designs and assembly procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician, Assembler, or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
  • Relevant certification or technical training is an asset.
