DescriptionPosition Title:Assistant Branch ManagerDepartment:Mossbank BranchLocation:Mossbank,SaskatchewanDescription:Southland Co-op is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager for our Branch in Mossbank, Saskatchewan.Who We Are:Co-op does business differently.As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.southlandco-op.crs.What you #39;ll do:Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible to assist with the oversight and management of the Branch with multiple product categories including ag equipment and feed, hardware, full service fuel, oil and propane, confectionary and tobacco.You will work with the Branch Manager to establish short-term strategies, goals and objectives for the Branch in alignment with Southland #39;s strategic plan.You will be a hands on leader that oversees the adherence to branch and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety and asset protection.You will coach and develop team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training and development.You will monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.You will be commuted to self-development and embrace opportunities to take internal and external training to better serve our members with enhanced product knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
