Job Description

High Gear Auto is looking to fill a permanent Administrative position. We have been serving the community for 10+ years and are looking for someone to join our team! We are an automotive shop located just outside of London in Mt. Brydges. No experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.Description:

  • Invoicing and quotes
  • Order parts
  • Parts pick up
  • Answering the phone and book appointments
  • Filling in for other Admins
  • Data entry
Qualifications:
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent customer service
  • Organized, positive, team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a valid ontario license
$34,560- $44,160/ year baised on experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$23.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
