The focus of your role will be:Assist the project manager in preparing schedules for each project after a file is transferred from the sales team to you and the project manager.Assure all permitting application and material ordering is done on time and on schedule.Assist in updating each project schedule and update keep team members, key trades and suppliers informed.The job description: (including but not limited to)· Assist with the preparation and updates to scopes of work and schedules.· Assist with updating all subcontractor schedules· Assist with work order schedules from time to time· Maintain and update all delivery schedules· Act as a liaison with suppliers and assist with subtrades communication.· Maintain a high level of confidentiality.· Keep track of customer contracts, create addendums (change orders), and transfer to proper documents as needed.· Assist with sourcing various materials, subcontractors, etc. when needed.· Assist with occasional pre-walk throughs and/or final walk throughs with clients if there are schedule conflicts with the project manager.· You will also be expected to act as a liaison with the customer to send them updates and other information from time to time.Skills: Ability to multitaskHighly organizedGood communicatorWork well under pressure and with tight deadlinesExperience in the construction industry or in a similar role is definitely an asset but not mandatoryRemuneration: You will have a base salary between $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year. Plus, bonus and other incentives.Hours of operation: It is a requirement that you work during our scheduled business hours of 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
