  • Start date – May 1, 2023, participate in a modified training module for Relationship Managers
  • End date - Aug 25, 2023
  • Graduation - opportunity to be offered a full-time permanent role with RBC
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Genuine customer service skills
  • Above average computer literacy with strong information seeking skills
  • Superior organization skills, project, event management an asset
  • Inquisitive and quick to learn
  • Comfort in a target-driven environment, with a knack for spotting opportunities
  • Superior communication skills backed by emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivation, an eagerness to learn and succeed and comfort working in a team environment
  • Sales experience (ideal but not essential)
