Must have flexible availability including evenings and weekends.Previous experience in customer service, labour or driving role a plus.Internal growth and development will be encouraged. We will offer the possibility of a full time leadership position.What you will be doing: -Drive to residential and commercial locations from Ladysmith to Qualicum-Tow and park our 10’ landscape trailer-Provide outstanding customer service-Lift light and heavy items-Remove all junk/waste, sweep and clean up with a positive attitude-Process payments and send receipts to customers (training provided)-As a waste management expert you will sort items for recycling, donating and disposing-Dispose of items at designated landfills and recycling depotsQualifications: -Outgoing, polite and able to engage with customers in a professional & friendly manner-Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and problem solve independently-Good written and verbal communication-Honest, reliable, punctual and has good work ethics-Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly-Detail orientated and able to multitask in a fast paced environment-Clean driving abstract (relatively clean) with valid class 5 driver’s license-Own a reliable vehicle that is capable of towing with a towing receiver (tow hitch provided)Additional Pay:Travel expenses (with tracked kilometers)Tips paid every pay chequePlease respond with resume, cover letter and drivers abstract.We will contact the right candidates for an interview.Learn more about us at www.franktheford.comJob Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$19.00 per hourAdditional pay:
