The Milner group is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace where safety is a primary consideration in everything we do.As a Loader Operator you would:Operate a wheel loader primarilyOperate other power construction equipment as required, including but not limited to rock trucks, excavators, graders, dozers, and bobcatsOperates all types of self-propelled equipment, whether controlled mechanically, electrically, electronically, hydraulically, or automaticallyLoads and moves dirt, rocks, equipment, and materialsPerform other site duties as requiredOur ideal candidate will:Work safely and promote a safe work environment adhering to safety policies and procedures including participation in safety meetings.Complete the daily maintenance and safety inspections of their assigned piece of equipment as outlined in the Milner Group’s maintenance policyConduct pre-trip inspectionsOperate their equipment in a manner as not to cause damage to the equipment or any surrounding structures or impediments and to do so safely to ensure the safety of themselves and others onsiteEnsure effective communication on progress and any potential issues are brought to the attention of the Foreman/SuperintendentMaintain equipment and promptly report any maintenance issuesOur ideal candidates has:A valid Class 5 Driver’s LicenseA minimum of 2 years’ wheel loader operating experienceThe ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Pride of ownership in providing quality results and serviceStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a diverse group of professionalsWhat We Offer:Milner Group offers compensation above industry average , incentives and a comprehensive benefit plan.
