You will Perform a variety of skilled or semi-skilled duties relative to the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and ancillary equipment from sketches and working drawings. You will prepare worksites for trades people, and delivery of tools. Utilizing those power and hand tools necessary to perform the designated trade. While assisting other employees as appropriate. You may on occasion be required to perform other related duties as assigned.Your Experience, Education and SkillsHigh school graduation or the equivalentOne year experience related to the assigned tradeAbility to understand and carry out verbal and written instructionsWorking knowledge of drawings and specificationsValid B.C.
