You will conduct in-depth reviews of their unique investment goals and risk tolerance to develop and deliver highly personalized investment strategies.In addition, you will:Anticipate emerging customer trends as a basis for recommending business offerings (financial products, insurance and estate planning) to the clientsOversee the management and activities of large accounts and related servicing teams; support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and proceduresManage the most strategic relationships that are characterized by significantly complex products and servicesAttract and advise on the financial assets of affluent clients through establishing one-on-one relationships with them while you help them maintain active participation in the decisionsMake recommendations to the client regarding their portfolio #39;s construction, security selection, monitoring and rebalancing as well as make referrals as appropriate to other TD Wealth partnersProvide clients with periodic performance reporting and build positive client relationship with annual review, rediscovery meetings and ongoing advice and serviceProspect, market and develop business pipeline by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients and external referral sources to build client base and professional practiceMaintain a culture of risk management, adhere to internal policies and procedures and protect the interests of the Bank by monitoring and escalating transaction activity as requiredProvide thought leadership, participate in knowledge transfer within the team, make recommendations and collaborate with business teamsParticipate fully as a team member, support a positive professional team environment Job Requirements Undergraduate degree with minimum three (3) years of experience working in a client-facing, sales and relationship-focused roleLicensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered RepresentativeLife Insurance License (LLQP in Quebec) must be obtained within 3 months of hireCertified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is an asset Company OverviewOur ValuesAt TD we #39;re guided by our purpose is to enrich the lives of our customers, communities and colleagues, and share a set of values that shape our culture and guide our behavior.
