When you see the distinctive Lakeland "blue," you know you're workingwith the best.While our focus is meeting the needs of our customers, our success is driven by our people.The Opportunity Graveyard SupervisorReporting to the Operations Superintendent, the Graveyard Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficientplanning, organizing the processes and procedures of the maintenance and clean-up teams on the graveyard shift.The Graveyard Supervisor will provide leadership and support including a collaborative and positive workingrapport between the maintenance, clean-up and the production teams.As a leader with previous supervisory experience, you will have the ability to build a high performing team focusingon collaboration and a solutions oriented approach. You will provide clear expectations, hold your teamaccountable, follow up to ensure work is complete in a timely manner and make certain the Sawmill and Planer areready for production.As the successful candidate, you are mechanically inclined and bring strong problem solving, critical thinking anddecision making skills. You will have a proven commitment to safety management and leadership, and a provenability to be detail oriented and organized. As someone with strong interpersonal skills, you will also build apositive rapport with others and work with a high degree of integrity.
