Guide and support logistics coordinators and the documentation team.Create policies and manage logistics operations to achieve cost-effective and timely objectives. Resolve transportation, logistics systems, exports, and customer issues. Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Negotiate transportation rates and analyze proposed logistics changes for financial impact. Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, warehouse activities, and logistics quality management. Establish and monitor supply chain-based performance measurement systems.Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for product export processes. · Ensure carrier compliance with company policies for product delivery.To succeed in this role, you must possess:A degree in Supply Chain Management is an asset5 years of logistical experience. Knowledge of logistics principles and methods for transportation by air, rail, sea, or road. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Ability to weigh the costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the most appropriate one.
